    Day 1

  • Mt Buller to Upper Howqua (Leg 1&2) – 51km
  • River recovery
  • Seminar
  • Day 2

  • Morning Seminar.
  • Upper Howqua to Mt Speculation and Return – 32km (this includes some night running
  • Day 3

  • Option to run Upper Howqua to Davon’s Flat (37km) or return by bus to Davon’s Flat
  • Lunch at Davons Flat
  • Q&A with Coach Andy
  • Bus back to Mt Buller

  • To attend this camp

  • You must be fit enough to run at least 51km in the mountains in a day and ideally back up to run another 32km
  • You must be happy to camp out as to get the most out of the camp we need to be out on the course – tents provided).
  • You must be injury free – to enable the group to move at a steady pace – we require all runners in attendance to be injury free. if in doubt – please ask us.
  • You must be fun – because this running is fun business!

  • Transport to Mt Buller

    There will be a bus transport to Mt Buller from Melbourne Airport on Thursday 2nd March.
    This will leave at 1pm.
    Cost is $30 each way. Maximum 10!
    You can book this when you check in to the camp.
